While trying to Scan a list of domains from a CSV, the 'HSTS Preloaded' column in pshtt.csv is giving incorrect results #317

When we run the scan using the command similar to this ./scan domains.csv --scan=pshtt,sslyze to scan a list of domains in CSV. The output pshtt.csv has inaccurate values in HSTS Preloaded.
