Using Chrome, if I type https://pulse.cio.gov/data or pulse.cio.gov/data into the address bar and press enter, https://pulse.app.cloud.gov/data/ resolves instead. Interestingly though, https://pulse.cio.gov/data/ (note the trailing slash mark) does resolve correctly.

We also experienced this in the analytics.usa.gov cloud.gov migration and it was a simple nginx fix to correct. More starting at https://gsa-tts.slack.com/archives/dap/p1479407588001057.
