Is it possible to know when someone has opened a DM with the bot?

If so, it would be helpful to immediately message them the help text. It seems unlikely this is possible, but it's worth checking into. From @melodykramer

The user story here is:

As a standup-bot admin, I want standup-bot to send a DM with help/use information to a user who first uses standup-bot, so they can know how to use it.

Note: may use the im_created_event to manage this.

I'm trying to figure out how to work on this, since I can only open a DM for the first time once.
