The current Recent Tocks summary table includes timecards which have not yet been submitted but includes no differentiation from those which have been submitted.

As a user reviewing recent tock activity I want to only see complete and submitted timecards summarized so I'm not confused by timecards which are still being actively updated.

We'll know we're done when

  • The Recent Tocks table displayed on the User details page only includes timecards which have been submitted
