In portrait mode, image editor’s right pane takes up all the screen on Adroid #46

On Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro, in portrait mode, the right panel of the image editor takes up almost all the space, leaving almost no space for the actual image.

I think it could be useful to make that pane hidden on small screens, showing it when the user does something (clicks on the hamburger icon, or drags the handle at the left edge of the screen, or something).

I'd have the UI re-arrange itself depending on if it's portrait or landscape (which allows it to stay up at all times), but that might do unexpected stuff. Thoughts?
