Add Imgur support

Is it possible to add support for imgur media service and multiple channel? eg:
chan1
group1
chan2
group2

As for Imgur, that is possible, but it will only work for jpg and png files, not even webp (meaning no stickers). And images uploaded to Imgur expire, so I think using a pomf-like file hosting is a better idea. I'll look into implementing support for Imgur anyway.

Oh, you have edited your issue and I didn't see it. I've already answered the Imgur question; as for multiple channels, sorry, that's impossible with the current IRChuu~ architecture. You can always create multiple config files and launch several IRChuu~ instances. Use the -config option for this. E. g. run irchuu -config group1.conf, edit the newly created config file, and run the same command again. Repeat with a different filename for each of your channels.

Its okay. As for now I already run with multiple config files. I'm just asking if it's possible to run with 1 config file.
