Hi,

I'd love to see a linux version of your 2fast app - that way I could easily access my 2fa tokens from all devices I use... and keep them all in sync by simply sticking the datafile in my nextcloud ;)

Thanks a lot for your feature request. I agree that a native Linux version would be nice.
We are currently in a pretty early stage of the software version but looking forward to supporting more operating systems.
Perhaps you can try to run the program with wine in the meantime?

If you have got time and resources we appreciate every work and pull request!

Wine's not an option for me - my $HOME is on NFS and wine really does not work well on that... I'll just have patience and use the gnome otp client in the meantime, but on the long run a otp app that can use the same datafile on linux and windows would be awesome ;)

Hello @lemmy04, it is definitely planned to run the app on linux as well 👌, the only question is how this fits in time with the development. As @mhellmeier already wrote, any help and pull request is also welcome here 😀

During the development for the current version I also tried to create the application for Linux with Xamarin.Forms via GTK, but this didn't work so well. The best will be to replace the Xamarin.Forms project with a Uno project to share all the functions in the source code well:

Linux have their own called GNOME Authenticator. But, cross-platform authenticator will be nice.
