Context

We've gotten feedback from CS&S that doing our billing on monthly cycle is generating a lot of administrative overhead. We have also gotten similar feedback from communities we work with. Now that we've been doing actual invoicing for several months, let's use this opportunity to do a retrospective and see where we can improve in our invoicing process and cadence.

Proposal

I've spoken with the CS&S team, and they've shared a form for us to fill out in advance of a meeting with them to identify places to improve. I suggest that we fill out this form together, and then set up a meeting with the CS&S invoicing team.
