Do a local dummy deployment

Context

We need to deploy this via GitHub actions. But start by doing a local deployment first to get the hang of it.

Tasks

Beta Give feedback

1. Create a new helm-chart (Chart.yaml) that depends on the one in this project
2. No additional templates at this point will be added (check if they can miss, I assume yes)
3. Do a local helm install of this new chart to the new GCP cluster and check how it goes

Definition of Done

• The unnamed service, pods etc are (hopefully successfully) running in this new cluster
