Update Toast messages to more descriptive errors #174

Currently all error toasts show generic messages. We need to update the cases in which a generic msg is not good enough

Unable to "Get MapBux" when daily limit is reached
Unable to create POI due to proximity

Others probably need changing, to be discovered....
