Transparancy reduces after map move

When trying to pick a tile on https://3dbag.nl/en/download, the transparency of the map reduces with approximately 50% every time you move the map while holding the curser. This makes the underlying map of the Netherlands almost invisible after 4 moves and thus unusable.
