Cannot re-extract particles with manually refined particle coordinates (Relion 3.1)

After some 2D classification, I ran a particle extraction job to refine my particles. Then, I opened the particle picking GUI by displaying the "coords_suffix_extract.star" file. After manually adding/removing and re-centering some particles, I saved the coords.star with the new coordinates. However, when I try to re-extract particles from the same micrographs with the updated coordinates, I get a "ObersvationModel::getBoxSize: box sizes not available" error.
