Is there function where users of opentrade can be terminated or suspended??

There may come a time where user of the open trade needs to terminated or suspended. Is there function or way this can be done??
I tried going in the
opentrade\accountsserver\database\

\opentrade\server\

editing sql file data base. While the user can be removed and the user will not be able to sign in again. The next user that signs in inherit the deleted user wallet with previous user history deposits and withdraw and balance.

How do you terminate? or suspend the user ? that works correctly
