No icon on AppImage builds

Using GDevelop 5.0.124, I have opened the lights example project, generated a set of custom icons showing a question mark, built the appimage, uploaded the file on a cloud Ubuntu, and this is what I get:

No icon in the app bar, and a generic cog icon in the file explorer.

According to the user's report, it's not a recent breaking change.

Maybe we have to update Electron from time to time?
I don't know how to categorize this issue.

Most AppImages I come by don't have an icon. Only rarely do they have one (Like for OpenShot).
