Fixed after manully search and download zlib from github

The first time I used it I just reported that it couldn't find (zlib-ng2.dll), then I updated to the beta version and it said it couldn't find (oo2core_9_win64.dll)

Since this discussion appears near the top of my search results, I just wanted to add in here that even though this post simply says to download the Redistributable, that didn't resole the issue for me (already had it installed).

In my case, the problem was that FModel requires internet access to download its dependencies. I've started a topic here: #548
