GET /photos/search sorted by "pulse"

Is it possible to get a search sorted by "pulse"?

I'm trying to get a feed of about 10 images all related to "General Aviation".

I'd like to be able to call the same endpoint every so often and get a set of "popular" images that are relatively new, kind of like a "trending" section.

I think that if I just sort by rating, then the results won't really change that much over time.
