Why are we shipping isolinux.bin with PDK? #20

The current version is eight years old. What exactly is the problem? Can we fix it?

It would be good to download this when we create the ISO, as we do with other binary files on the CD.

It was needed to create bootable CD-ROMs, and in those days we were only dealing with ordinary PC BIOS which didn't change much. See http://www.syslinux.org/wiki/index.php?title=ISOLINUX

See also the comment on 92df8f0 that later versions did not work.

It seems to work OK with jessie; so let's leave it for now. It would be good to know why it doesn't work though.
