I have made a new repository for the plugin I have made ages ago, known as "Discourage Me!", the reason why I did this is because the one in this repository has been recoded and refactored, and now will get phrases from GitHub (dw, if anything fails while fetching, will use the default one instead).
If you want to suggest phrases, just add an issue :)
