You receive a screen notification ' Error sending forgot password request'. It would be more meaningful to give an error that the user has not yet set up an account with the system.t

Instead of providing a more specific error message, how about we provide a help link (some question mark like icon) that suggests a user tries re-registering? This can lead to a pattern for how we display help/tool tips throughout the rest of the tool.
