Battery icon shows "charching" when using USB dac

Describe the bug

Hi!

I'm using a usb-to-jack FiiO K11 dac, and Niagara thinks I'm charging my phone

The charging icon shows up when i start to play music, not instantly when i just connect it

This also happens with my other cheap chinese dac

I also connected my usb-c hub (with monitors and keyboard connected etc), and it doesn't do the same

Interestingly, if i connect my dac through the said hub, it doesn't display charging icon either 💁

I also tried connecting some other c-to-usb hub with keyboards etc and it didn't show the icon either

So it displays only when directly connected usb-c-to-jack and playing music
