Serve script no longer working

I downloaded this project a few weeks ago and installed the serve script. That is currently still working on my local computer. However, if I reclone this repo, and npm install the serve script now, it causes a loop in the browser's privacy menus when I hit my localhost on mobile.

The only difference is the node_modules folder. It works when I use the node_modules folder fro a few weeks ago. But not when I install a fresh copy. Any thoughts?

In these images, I hit "Show Details", then "visit this website".But it loops back around again to the first privacy page again and again.
