Acceptance criteria

  • You can run your server locally on port 3100
  • The endpoint http://127.0.0.1:3100/health returns OK
  • You can access your frontend locally on port 3000.
  • The endpoint http://127.0.0.1:3000 returns the web page for the video recommendations
