Inputs

There are essentially three types of inputs:

• FASTA Files
• Edge CSVs, and
• Node CSVs

Samples of all three of these formats are available here.

In order to construct a network, you must provide either a FASTA File or an Edge CSV. In either case, a Node CSV is optional. Stated differently, the possible input combinations are:
