System Requirements

MicrobeTrace is (currently) available for Windows and OSX (Apple) computers:

Windows

• Windows 7 or newer
• An Intel Pentium 4 or newer processor
• 512 MB of RAM
• Both x86 and amd64 (x64) binaries are provided for Windows.

Mac

• A 64-bit Intel processor
• 512 MB of RAM
• Only 64-bit binaries are provided for OS X, and the minimum OS X version supported is OS X 10.9.

On either platform, the installer is a 50MB Download, and MicrobeTrace will take up roughly 200MB on your hard drive.

Please let us know if you encounter any issues running MicrobeTrace on any version of Windows or OSX. We may be able to package Linux versions, if requested.

If you're using a capable machine with sufficient free space on the hard drive, please proceed to installation.
