[SUGGESTION] Move ACF Menu to the Creation Tab

Short Description

Having the ACF Menu on the tool can be very annoying due to the very limit amount of horizontal space we have available. This makes the menu look bloated, confusing and hard to navigate and use. It could be possible to just move the menu itself out of the tool menu and into a new creation tab (the ones at the top center of the spawn menu). This would give us a lot more space to organize the current information and add more features to the menu without being afraid of making the menu unreadable.
