Add Oracle Text Button When In Full Image Mode

Just like one can open the card image while viewing the oracle text, one should be able to open the oracle text while viewing the card image. This involves some rearchitecting and maybe breaking the oracle text and image viewer into nested fragments which can be embedded either in the main view or a dialog.

Why is this necessary? Can't you just close the image to see the oracle text again?

There's a preference to display the image in place of the text. That preference also hides the image button, as the image is automatically loaded. There is currently no way to see the Oracle text when this preference is enabled.
