Clean older branches

Look through logger and pdp branches and decide what we want to keep and what we want to discard. Create a pull request for everything we want, delete what we don't want. Should delete branches after going through them.

All pdp code is moved over to the FRC_2018 repo (in the pdp class). Still need to do logger. @DarthWunka , are these .idea and .gitIgnore and .iml changes important or do you have no idea what they are? (sometimes those get changed automatically, but I want to know if you want those changes to be kept).
