I know we just decided on a base but hear me out. This runs exactly like iterative except for a few additional fancy things related to the time of periodic intervals. I honestly don't know if it is enough gain to merit doing, but it should be simple enough as it runs almost identically to iterative (the core mechanics are all the same, this just has more reliable periodic looping). Make sure you have an in-depth knowledge of iterative base BEFORE doing this issue. And no, this is not as big of a decision as command vs iterative because the two are so similar.
