We'll need to place obstacles within the hole/tube.
I'm thinking about having 2 types of obstacles: the first type is stuck on the edges and points at the center of the tube, while the other just involves having the obstacle float in the air.
For the floaty obstacles it can be neat to consider adding some velocity to them upon generation, allowing them to be more mobile as difficulty progresses.

For the logic sorrounding the spawn frequency of obstacles ask the designer.

We can also make obstacles that appear out of the wormhole walls
