Take metadata already captured in Admin | Calculations form and move into output layer.
In particular:

Input layers, plugin, date,
and

Abstract: Along the lines of
This impact assessment was generated from hazard layer x, exposure layer and impact function z.

The Abstract could be made along the lines of what is done in Tsudat. Jeff, can you point us to the code that populates abstract.
