Based on footage from 100% speedruns, this bug occurs in 1.5.2+. It does not occur in 1.5.0, and I can't find any runs on 1.5.1 to check. Could be because of something added in that update.
I wanted to post the reason as to why this happens (found by @Jesright73 ) a longer time ago, but forgot.
[This] Is a result of two items located in the same map tile. Collecting either item while leaving the other would result in the map being marked as "collected".
The "two items" being the PowerPlant Etank, as well as the PowerPlant Powerbomb. The PowerBomb has this room as an alternative location for when you trigger the explosion without collecting the item iirc (which can happen in randomizers).
Describe the bug
As title says. Map square has a filled dot indicating that the tank has been collected before the tank is collected.
Expected behavior
Map square should have an open circle before the tank is collected.
