[Feature Request]: Introduce a better ratio input for merging

• I have searched the existing issues and checked the recent builds/commits

What would your feature do ?

Introduce a resizable input similar to the hdd partitioning utilities with number of areas adjusting to the number of models

Proposed workflow

1. Go to the Checkpoint merger tab
2. The multiplier field should use a new input
3. User can resize the areas to visually adjust the ratio, each area has the model name and the value of it's ratio
