Vizard Connectivity across NATs

Hi, I'm attempting to use Vizard on my local machine to connect to a Basilisk setup in a cloud instance, and I'm not able to get it to connect despite setting the proper IPs and Port's as indicated in the setup instructions. I'm able to ping from each end of the connection, and to send TCP packets between each machine using a python socket script, but I'm unable to get a connection to establish with Vizard,

I was wondering if anyone had any advice, or if the developer would be willing to open-source the code for Vizard so I could take a look at what might be causing this issue.

Mm, we have not run this across NATs. We are doing a direct network connection using the zeroMQ networking tools. Sorry, I don't have knowledge on NATs to be able to assist.
