Dispersion on magnetic torque bar

I would like to apply dispersion to the alignment vector of one or more magnetic torque bars, but since it is configured in theMTBArrayConfigMsgPayload and the alignment vectors are a flattened matrix (GtMatrix_B) there seems to be no dispersion method available to suit this need.

It doesn't work to do like:

monteCarlo.addDispersion(UniformVectorAngleDispersion("mtq.GtMatrix_B[0:3]", [a1,b1], [a2,b2]))

Is there a way to achieve this?
