Describe the bug
Part of #159

Callbacks for end-of-episode logging are broken in single agent cases as of RLlib 2.32.0. Anticipating multiagent to break also by 3.0 release. As far as I can tell, there is no solution purely using callbacks that gives access to the unwrapped environment at the end of an episode. Probably need a combo environment wrapper+callback to make this work.
