Unification of Icon Control and Extension

Unifying the All different Control and Extension into Single one bringing that to Core Project.

The Unified Icon Control and Extension Should bring all the features like current decoupled controls on extension, when it comes to intelisense Xaml the icon property must show the icon type first and after dot separator, it must show the list all the available icons based on that icon type.

Eg:

<icon:Mauiicons Icon="FluentIcons.Accesibility2"/>
