with #164 we enabled immediate search but for clients with thousands of elements on their BU this might be performing badly (1000+ lines in a table getting added/removed all time is heavy on any CPU) especially on low-end computers.

I'm thinking to add a config option to our component for that? maybe via custom metadata type or lwc design attribute?
