For some people highlighting parts of words improves readability, helping readers to focus and retain information more effectively.

Describe the feature you'd like to be implemented
I’d like to add an optional setting to enhance readability by rendering text with bolded initial letters or syllables. Users should be able to toggle this feature on or off and customize the intensity of the bolding effect for a personalized experience.
