The general idea here is: why NOT have "something" on the login page that helps stop bots and whatnot?

Cloudflare's Turnstile seems to be a modern and reliable way to sidestep Google's reCAPTCHA.

Note: /Portals/_default/Skins/Authenticate.ascx doesn't exist yet, but will soon!

This will be a rewrite/conversion from the old Bootstrap 4 Version.
