Detailed Description

Within this issue a first approach will be implemented to ship AudioDSP binary add-ons to the users.

Context

Back in the past it was a pain to deliver AudioDSP binary add-ons and you always had to install the testing build of Kodi with AudioDSP. This is not accepted and it would be much more convinient if you can install AudioDSP binary add-ons through the Kodi UI. I know not all platforms will support this install process, but I already did some first tests for Windows with an Kodi repository.

Possible Implementation

A simple first implementation will be a Github repository, which stores zip files for Windows. Later on we can go further and try other platforms.

Note: Team Kodi is considering this item, but we are not making any promises if and when it will be included.
