Goals

1. In Q3 align on the Vision for 3rd Party Contributions - we're done when we have a User Guide that can teach someone from the ground up how to contribute to our plaform.
2. In Q4 build the system that lets someone contribute a new language core and build tools
3. In Q1 this will be marketed heavily
4. Success is outsiders (including contractors we hire) can add to our offerings
5. It's light weight enough that people can hear about it and start playing with it now
6. It unifies our current thinking
7. We can implement something over our current APIs not start over
8. If done right it's buzz worthy
