Phase 2B - Create Manufacturing system links

From the Functional Spec - section 4.5

Manufacturing Links (optional/TBD)

Add option in WOEquipmentMeter table to auto-update from Manufacturing
Auto Update columns – None/Mfg Machine as options.
Equipment is already linked to Mfg Machine ID
Need to specify Update “type” – hours, pieces produced, etc… TBD what all we can do.

Ability to manually run a routine to update just that one piece of equipment (upon initial setup) as well as a bulk processing utility to update all meter amounts from manufacturing.
If possible, also hook into manufacturing transactions to try and keep the value up to date incrementally as manufacturing records are posted so bulk routine doesn’t need to run?
Need to review AM Module tables to get from Operation/Machine child table back up to actual posted/completed Pieces and Hours run.
