PyTorch before v2.2.0 was discovered to contain a heap buffer overflow vulnerability in the component /runtime/vararg_functions.cpp. This vulnerability allows attackers to cause a Denial of Service (DoS) via a crafted input.
A buffer overflow condition exists when a program attempts to put more data in a buffer than it can hold or when a program attempts to put data in a memory area past a buffer.
