Issue Details

Hello,

some providers have dedicated subnet (/24 IP range) for anycast requests:
https://help.nextdns.io/t/q6yt27s/anycast-dns1-nextdns-io-error-anycast1-high-latency-anexia-ams

What do you think about this function?

Proposed solution

Provide whole subnet - something like:

94.140.14.0
94.140.15.0
2a10:50c0::ad1::
2a10:50c0::ad2::
