Domains not being blocked

1. Turn on NRD blocking
2. Visit magentamoments-besonderenvorteilen.com which has been registered for 8 days
3. NRD will be displayed against the domain in the query log with NOERROR as the response code.

Initially I thought this was limited to just NRD's but I'm seeing it with newly added domains to the blocklist also.
I'm also seeing issues with how the query log is showing blocked domains.

1. Visit NRD
2. Tap the NRD query in the query log and unblock it
3. Some queries will show as NRD, some will show as unblocked, some will show with a green dot next to them.

I've also noticed that blocking other domains from the query log doesn't seem to actually block the site.

For example, blocking Google.com from the query log, I can still visit the website.
