"Report a bug" or "Submit feature request" option in the app redirects to the incorrect page on GitHub.

Expected Behavior

for the Feature request https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardForSafari/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=feature_request_template.yaml

for the Bug report https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdGuardForSafari/issues/new?assignees=&labels=&template=issue_template.yaml

Actual Behavior

Both options redirect to empty templates
