Add an auto-update feature

Expected Behavior

I just reported a bug and was told it's fixed in the latest version. I then had to hunt around for a way to update my version. AdGuard could use an auto-update function, or at least a built-in link to check for newer versions.

argh, lemme submit awready!

@KarlBunker Hello! You can go to AdGuard Preferences > About to check for updates (the new version will be downloaded automatically and you will be prompted to upgrade). You can also find there a link to download newest build.

However, if you installed AdGuard for Safari using the App Store, you can update the app using the App Store.
