Issue Details

This version of AdGuard does not automatically start when Safari browser is started. AdGuard requires manual starting.
The alternative setting has AdGuard start at LogIn, but it is unnecessary to run AdGuard when internet is not used.
Please make the correction. Program AdGuard to work in cooperation with Safari. Thank you

Proposed solution

Make it possible to automatically enable AdGuard when Safari is opened.
