Every time I setup Adguard Home from scratch, after a number of weeks, the config page (at 192.168.1.110 in my case) and any DNS functionality cease to function. In order words, the config page no longer exists, and my devices can no longer get DNA queries resolved, effectively breaking access to the internet. The only way I know how to fix it, is to set everything up from scratch again...
