Following #3795 as well as #391 and some other issues. This probably will mean that the dnsproxy module will need to implement the proxy first.

Really need this to route specific DNS (or a specific DNS group, which includes custom DNS upstream servers) queries to socks proxy to prevent DNS leak.

Please consider giving this some priority. This might be of some significance in Russia, considering the issues local users are experiencing accessing DoT and DoH resolvers supplied by various public services.
